My name is Ziayahn Jackson, many people call me Coach Z. I currently work at Amelia County Elementary School as a school security officer, but I will be moving on to Amelia County Middle School as the new Health & PE Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. I have also been an assistant coach with the high school varsity football team for the past 3 seasons but now change has come. I’m blessed to say that I am now the Head Coach of our football program, and I couldn’t be more excited!
I was born and raised in this county, and since I was a kid I’ve always wanted to make an impact on people. Nurturing these students has always been a bigger priority than football to me. There’s a beautiful opportunity in front of me to teach our players how to become great people for the rest of their lives. This is my HOME, I will give my all to these student athletes, and to all of the Raider Family for as long as I can. Thank you to all who have supported me since the beginning, it’s time we build this program together as one!
