The ACMS school counseling department hosted another enlightening Lunch and Learn for our Student Treasures. These events are open to all students, but geared to those who have expressed an interest in a career in business.
Mrs. Dana Knott, Director-Central Region Longwood Small Business Development Center, held informative lunch and learn sessions in the hopes of providing valuable information about careers in business. Students enjoyed their lunches while Mrs. Knott exposed them to varying topics related to business. Our students seemed especially interested in the areas of advertising and using AI in an effective and creative way.
Mrs. Knott's background as an educator allowed for her to make connections with our students and encouraged discussion during today's sessions. We are so grateful for her visit and expertise.
