The National Junior Honor Society club sponsored an event to raise funds for the American Cancer society on Monday, April 22nd. Students were encouraged to wear purple in support of all bringing awareness to all types of cancer. Many of our students brought in $1 or more to participate in the NJHS Duck Pond Fundraiser. Students enjoyed picking a duck from the pond and winning a prize. We are happy to announce that this club raised $170 that will now be donated to the American Cancer Society.
